Can you tell me how to fix this?

Indeed, the installer is faulty. I have tried to install it with all the possible tweaks and optimization applied to the MSI package, but the results is always the same. I encountered the same error as you. In this case, I recommend contacting the ones where the application is hosted. Access the page and then state your issue.
